Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message.
Email updates. Your first name and email address, if you sign up for updates or opt in on the contact form.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as your browser type, device type, pages visited and IP address, to keep the site running and secure.
2. HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to reply to your message and to keep the website working and secure.
If you sign up for updates, or tick the updates box on our contact form, we’ll also send you marketing emails from Lumivert Labs about our apps, new launches and offers. We add you to this list only when you choose to join. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with other companies so they can advertise to you.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to help you, and no longer than 12 months. We keep your first name and email on our marketing list until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
6. CHILDREN
This website is for parents, teachers and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them here. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Our apps for children have their own privacy policies, which explain how each app handles information. You’ll find them on each app’s website.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
8. CHANGES
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll say so on the website.
